The Leg/Ab Workout for Anywhere

Warmup: 20 jump squats, 20 push ups 

1st Circuit: 

20 Deep Back Lunges each leg

THEN

20 Single Leg Side Raises each leg

THEN

20 Twisting Sit-Ups 

Repeat 3 times (3 Rounds)

2nd Circuit: 

20 Twisting Back Lunges each leg

THEN

20 Hamstring Leg Raises each leg

THEN

100 Bicycle Crunches 

Repeat 3 times (3 Rounds)

3rd Circuit: 

20 Single Leg RDL’s

THEN

 20 Single Leg Glute Kicks

THEN

100 Crunches

Repeat 3 times (3 Rounds)
